Media Services arranges for the repair of all college owned audiovisual equipment. Equipment owned by individual departments will require a purchase order requisition if repairs need to be made by an outside vendor.

Please report any malfunctioning or unusually noisy equipment to Media Services (ext. 5940) immediately. You may also use our Equipment Repair Request Form. Please do not assume someone else will report it. If you move any equipment from one room to another, please return it or notify Media Services of the move.

For your convenience, spare lamps are stored inside each overhead projector. If you change a lamp, please notify Media Services so another spare can be added.
