This request form is for use by Skidmore faculty and staff
to request software for use under the agreement's Work-at-Home
program. Software may not be available to some faculty and
staff, dependant upon specific employment requirements in
accordance with Microsoft's rules. Your form will be submitted
to Skidmore's Computer Depot for review of eligibility.

Upon submitting this form, the requestor will:

1. Receive an automated email response acknowledging receipt
   of the request form.
   
   
2. If eligible, receive an email from the Computer Depot,
   granting online access to the Microsoft Work-at-Home
   purchasing site at e-Academy.

   
   

   e-Academy is the third party distribution software company, for Microsoft products available through Skidmore's Campus Agreement Work-at-Home program. At the e-Academy site, each faculty and staff will use their own unique Skidmore user name and password to log in. e-Academy is prepared to handle all purchasing inquiries, problems, etc.

Each title will cost $20.00 plus tax & shipping.
