Jill Belding Greenleaf is in her sixth year at the helm of the Skidmore men's and women's swimming and diving programs. She has brought a wealth of fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the Thoroughbred program. Under Greenleaf's leadership, Skidmore athletes have set 28 program records. Greenleaf formerly served as the assistant coach at Smith College (2000-2002) and at Eastern Connecticut State University (1999-2000). A four-time All-American at Swarthmore College, Greenleaf was a multiple conference and college record holder. She has also been the assistant director since 1998 for the three largest, privately run swimming coaches clinics in the country-the Eastern, Central and Western States Swim Clinics.
